45 Minutes Run as fast as possible
– Every 5 minutes complete 10/20 reps of gymnastics movements you need to work on. Es: Hspu, Burpees ( Tuck Jump, Broad Jump…), Push Up, Pull Up, C2B, Handstand Walk( 20 m), Pistols, Bar Muscle Up, etc…or 30 seconds sprint! Mix those movement how you prefer 😉 Enjoy!
