1RM Back Squat
1RM Shoulder Press
1RM Deadlift

– You gets 3 attempts at each lift.
Weight MUST increase after each successful attempt at each movement.
Weight may not be decreased after first attempt.
A failed repetition counts as an attempt.

– Your score will be the sum of the best of each lift.
Es: back squat 180 kg, shoulder press 80 kg, deadlift 220 kg= score 480
