1 Shouder to Overhead 70/45 kg
2 Front Squat 70/45 kg
3 Hang Clean 70/45 kg
4 Deadlift 70/45 kg
5 Bar-jumping Burpee
6 Pull Up
7 Toes to Bar
8 Dip
9 Swing 32/24 kg
10 Wall Ball 9/6 kg
11 Box Jump 60/50cm
12 Front Rack Lunge 70/45 kg

– Complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per rounds. ES: 1; 2-1; 3-2-1; 4-3-2-1; 5-4-3-2-1; etc etc…..for a total of 364 reps
