– You will have only 1 barbell.
– Team score will be the sum of lifted weights .

15 x Wall Ball 9/6 kg
12 x Box Jump 60/50 cm
9 x Push Press 40/30 kg

– Athlete A starts and complete first round as fast as possible, then athlete B starts his first round ( the second rounds for the team) while athlete A can recover until his teammate ends all the repetitions. They must continue to alternate each other until they completed 6 rounds
