Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat @85%
– Every time you miss the lift, you have to do 5 burpees in the minute. If you can’t do them in the minute, they will become 50 burpees at the end of the wod.
5′ REST
12′ EMOM OF:
Odd: 1 Rope Climb + Max Push Up
Even: 3 Hang Squat Snatch @70% + Max Push Up
– Your score will be the sum of push up completed
– If you can’t remain in the minute window with rope climb or hang squat snatch, you have a 10 points penalty for every minute not completed.
