60 Shoulder to overhead 60/40 kg
60 Pull Up
60 Clean 60/40 kg
60 Rack Lunges 60/40 kg
– Teammate A does DL while teammate B does 15 calories row; when 15 calories is done, switch and B continue from where A has left while A row for 15 clories etc etc…until all repetitions are done.
